Shipping + Returns
-Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process unless the item has been labeled as a pre-order. Processing times may be longer during holidays or sales. If you need your order sooner, please purchase the rush my order option.
-All bows are final sale as they are made to order.
-Sale items + Black Friday sale items are all final sale.
-We offer returns on unopened, unused apparel. All originals tags and packaging must be present. Returns must be initiated within 4 days of package delivery. Customer is responsible for all return costs.
-We cannot offer exchanges due to inventory fluctuation. If you wish you get a different size, we suggest ordering the correct size and then requesting a return.

-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items via the postal service. Once the package is shipped from us, it is unfortunately out of our hands. You may file a claim with your local post office. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customer at checkout if the item has already shipped.
